Will they kneel for this?

 Got ya trick question.

Dollar General store clerk killed during robbery

Dallas police need help to identify the man who shot and killed a store clerk in Oak Cliff during a robbery Monday night.
The victim has been identified as 27-year-old Gabrielle Simmons, a mother of 6 children. She had just started the job at the Dollar General store on Sunnyvale Street a few months ago. She was about to get off work Monday night when a man fatally shot her while robbing the store.
Police hope surveillance video and a $15,000 reward will help get the killer behind bars.

Surely only some racist white male privileged motherfucker could do such a dastardly deed.

Surveillance video shows the gunman enter the store just after 7 p.m. Police say the black male was wearing a teal baseball cap with a hologram sticker on the lid, had on a dark-colored hoodie, jeans with slash marks down both sides and black sneakers with a thick, white sole.

Well damn I was told the Trump phenomenon would lead to all kinds of bad things perpetrated by closeted Nazis of pale skinnage.
Black people could have nice things if it weren't for other black people gunning them down for pocket change or stepping on their sneakers.
That's the real oppression.
Good thing I don't go to Oak Cliff sounds like a dangerous place.
Talk about your no-go zones.

It's all downhill from there

Pickett's ill-fated charge kicked off about this time.
The high water mark was reached around 2:30.
Lee's biggest mistake in my opinion.
Add in Vicksburg's capitulation the Confederates defeat was inevitable by the next day.
That is all.

OMFG Mr.Trump has a disdain for the judiciary

Unprecedented in the annals of all Presidentdom.

FDR's court packing fiasco

The Supreme Court. The title alone lends an air of distinction to that august legal body and its nine justices who sit in judgment on an entire nation. And indeed, the United States' highest tribunal, more than any other root of America's democratic tree, is revered among the people.
Factions may take issue with a particular decision (the 1973 Roe v. Wade ruling on abortion, for instance) or heatedly debate the qualifications of a particular justice (as they did with Clarence Thomas in 1991). But rarely do they agitate against the court as an institution. The Founding Fathers intentionally tried to insulate the court from the passions of politics, and they largely succeeded.
The Supreme Court at times has become a political lightning rod, yet the few attempts to attack it as an institution typically end in embarrassing failure. The politically foolish mission of President Franklin D. Roosevelt to "pack" the court with justices favorable to his social policies is a perfect case study. His plan, virtually dead on arrival on Capitol Hill, faltered 62 years ago this month.
A New Deal battle royal
Roosevelt's animosity toward the Supreme Court emerged in his first presidential term. Overwhelmingly elected in 1932, he promised a New Deal of social and economic involvement by the government in an America ravaged by the Great Depression. But the court, most of whose justices were appointed by Republicans, soon began to undo his work by ruling his New Deal laws unconstitutional on 5-4 votes.

But that was different I will be told.
Quick question why do we even need those assholes anyways?
On every question before it you already know who's voting how.
Doesn't sound like a branch of government that takes it's duty very seriously.
It's just more politicians telling the rubes that what is clearly unconstitutional is actually the very essence of constitutionality.
Spare me the high and mighty defenders of all that is good and proper bullshit.
They're assholes just like anybody else who need to be called on their obvious bullshit.
Court jesters is more like it.
There should be 50 justices and they should be elected from each state.
At least then all the politics will be out in the open instead of the nasty political brother/sisterhood it truly is.
That is all.

My #1 guy

My top 3 what's your's not bands musicians.

Jimi Hendrix burned brightly, died to young

Jimi Hendrix left us on Friday, Sept. 18, 1970. He was only 27. He pretty much lived the way he wanted to. But his time to die came much too early.
Forty years later, it’s hard to express the shock and disbelief we music fans felt that morning as the word spread from London. Hendrix was a rock star, and rock stars just don’t die at 27. Sure, there had been other rock ‘n’ roll star deaths, probably the most famous involving “the day the music died,” the plane crash in Iowa that killed Buddy Holly, the Big Bopper and Ritchie Valens. But Jimi Hendrix had moved beyond being a mere rock star. He was a rock god. And gods just didn’t die, so we thought.

Live fast die young.

Too bad Americans didn't grasp basic American ideals

Much to his and my chagrin.
He was right about a lot of shit.
Some clunkers too.
Good guys have lost years.

Happy 104th birthday,Milton Friedman

Tomorrow (Sunday) is Milton Friedman’s birthday — he was born on July 31 in 1912 and would have been 104 years old today. Unfortunately, Milton died on November 16, 2006 when he was 94 years old. In an editorial in the Wall Street Journal following Professor Friedman’s death, they reported his loss with the same tribute Milton used when Ronald Reagan died, saying “few people in human history have contributed more to the achievement of human freedom.” In honor of his legacy and birthday, here are 20 of my favorite Milton Friedman quotes:

Some good quotes too.I think I'll put up a Free to choose video.
Enjoy if you are so inclined.
I hope that you are.

I think this one is topical because of the especially rancid Frances Fox Piven of dubious fame for the Cloward-Piven strategy being played out by another bunch of Alinskyites in the White House.
It's almost as if there is a book somewhere that has all this shit I'm right about all the time.
Weird huh?

The saddest thing you'll read all day

Fire destroys Tarrant County gun shop/indoor range

A Tarrant County gun shop and indoor gun range appears to be a total loss after catching fire Saturday.
Emergency crews responded to the On Target gun range, along U.S. Highway 377 just south of Benbrook around noon on Saturday.

Sucks to be that dude.Maybe he can make it a better joint when he rebuilds.
Although it can never be good when the alphabet soup nazis come poking around.
I wish him luck.

RIP Lemmy

Motorhead frontman Lemmy Kilmister dead

The frontman of long-running rock band Motörhead, Ian "Lemmy" Kilmister, has died, the band's official Facebook page announced Monday. He was 70.
Kilmister, commonly known as Lemmy, had just received a cancer diagnosis, the post said: "We cannot begin to express our shock and sadness, there aren’t words."
Motorhead was founded by Lemmy,
Lemmy had just celebrated his birthday on Thursday, Dec. 24. According to the Motorhead post, he learned he had cancer on Saturday and died Monday "at home, sitting in front of his favorite video game."

Bummer him and Meadowlark Lemon well the one thing you are guaranteed in life is to get dead.
Let's remember Lemmy on one of his good days.

My thoughts exactly.

Buddy Baker Nascar's gentle giant dies at 74

CHARLOTTE, N.C. (AP) -- Buddy Baker, who won the 1980 Daytona 500 and at 6-foot-6 was NASCAR's "Gentle Giant," died Monday. He was 74.
Baker died after a brief battle with lung cancer, SiriusXM NASCAR Radio said. Baker left his job as co-host of "The Late Shift" for the station last month when he announced he had a "huge" inoperable lung tumor.
"Do not shed a tear. Give a smile when you say my name. I'm not saying goodbye. Just talk to you later," Baker said in his final radio appearance.
Baker rode for more than 30 years and was honored as one of NASCAR's 50 greatest drivers in 1998. He was the first driver to exceed 200 mph on a closed course. The milestone came in 1970 at Talladega Superspeedway, where he won four times.

Buddy was cool as shit.

A total bummer

The potato tower experiment is over.
Disaster might be overstating it a tiny bit.
I was counting on a better harvest than I got it's gonna hurt.

I was hoping for 50 times that.I don't know everything seemed fine they flowered real good.
So I figured I'm good.
I will have to study a little harder and find something I did wrong.
It's highly probable that I did seeing that my first two were also FUBAR.
I'll take the punch in the gut as a learning lesson and move on.
I have two normal plantings of taters still but I don't see them picking up the slack.
I will try for a fall crop I think I will just trench those.
On the brightside worked another 4 gallons of apple wine  and the blackberries are almost ready to pick.
So I got that going on.
Did I tell ya'll they sell winemaking stuff on Amazon just in case I didn't they do.
Remember though start here when you do your Amazon shopping and help a brother out..
Thanks to the Amazon shoppers again ya'll rock.
That is all.
